Hence, by taking the 3 or more hours I’m investing in my career — and proving to you that I’ll still be here when you decide to buy or sell your home. I’ve been reading Allan Miller’s “Old House Handyman” column in the Columbus Dispatch long before we purchased our not-so-old house.
Now, I have a new avenue to read Miller’s columns as he’s created the Old House Handyman Blog on the Dispatch’s blog site. He has a little broader slate with the blog than his column and is able to address issues from preservation - including the Seneca County Courthouse - to issues facing an old house.

We’ve been covering the Avesta Eclectic Cuisine experience in downtown Delaware since it broke several weeks ago.
Today, a good friend of mine went for lunch and learned that Avesta has another extension and will now be open through Oct. 28 at its current location in the first block of South Sandusky Street. The owner is looking for a new location in Delaware to remain open beyond that date.
